Everyone loves Tim’s. Well almost everyone. I like the service here.

3 stars for usually getting things close to order. However, maybe having another employee to check orders before they come out of the drive thru window would be a smart thing to do. Normally I can brush off a small mistake, but tonight I stopped by and bought supper for me and my girlfriend. I spent $30 and they missed an entire combo (chicken sandwich + wedges + iced capp to be exact). They charged me for a small coffee which I never ordered (and also never received). I would advise to check your food items before driving off from the drive thru, or better yet order inside to have a better view of what is going on. Considering I am brushing off so many other small mistakes I’ve seen over the years, I believe a 3 star rating is somewhat generous.

I love Tim Hortons!! The service is always amazing and the products are great! I recommend the London fog. Also, shout out to Damon, who always has such amazing customer service and drink service.
