  Factory optical, I have bought about 4 different pairs including safety glasses, for work and recreation. Niki has always taken great care of me, her staff are knowledgeable , and prompt to answer any questions you may have. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone! Especially if you are looking for a large selection of high end glasses at great prices.

  Factory Optical (Stonebridge location) has remarkable customer service and has high quality eyewear. I have been coming to this location for approximately 3 years now, and I haven't and will not consider going elsewhere. The customer representative that I had the pleasure of meeting at this location is friendly, welcoming, professional, and took the time to know us personally. One of the main employees named Stacey was exceptional. He helped both my mother and I pick out a pair of glasses, and took the time to find the perfect pair. Every time we stopped by, he greeted us by our names as soon as we walked in the door. He was very patient with our decisions and provided amazing customer service. I definitely recommend purchasing glasses from this location, especially with Stacey's recommendations and assistance!

  Stacey is AWESOME! I’ve never had someone help me with finding the perfect frame quite like he did. He recommended styles and colours that worked for my face shape and complexion. He went as far as vetoing frames to make my choice easier and had us laughing through the whole process. I’ve never felt so confident in choosing a pair of glasses that I know I’ll love. He is a gem!
