  Palace gates is a professional, clean place to live. the staff are personable, caring, and go the extra mile. The suites dont have bugs and the rent is reasonable. consider this place

  I find the rent way too expensive with the rent increasing. Boardwalk does a fairly good job with maintaining the property and addressing any issues within my suite. With that said the building is outdated and disgusting looking on the outside, the decks are pretty gross and their biggest selling point was their gym/sauna/rec room which is a absolute joke. All the equipment is broken the sauna is useless the only thing that barely works is the treadmill. I wish the suites were more soundproof because I can always hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Pretty mediocre at best and with the rent increasing to over 1300/month in early 2015 I personally will be looking for a new place in the spring.
