    I phoned for a part. They answered, they looked up the part based on my model, they had the part in stock, and told me which location to head for. Then they gave me the part # to speed up my service at the store. Thanks, all.

    Have always had the parts I need in stock but the staff may be a little lazy. I brought in the part I needed and didn't have the dryer model number. I had to point out that the part number was on the part itself when he was just going to send me back home to get the model number. (I realise I should have had the model number with me though)
