From the first phone call I felt like super comfortable, she answered all my questions with the SGI Claim stuff and really put me at ease and felt they are more than capable in their abilities that they can take care of my car. The drop off was hassle free and took maybe 5 mins at the most, as they had everything ready to go from paperwork to the someone taking the vehicles back and bringing nice warmed up ones out as the loaner vehicle. The best part that shocked me completely is not only my vehicle being fixed and not being able to tell where. They detailed and vacuumed my whole vehicle. Im not going to lie it was in shambles and gross. Did not expect that and pretty sure my jaw is still in there garage! I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do that will be my go to and I highly recommend to anyone!

The team at perfection jumped into action, supplied me a sweet little Chevy Cruze with heated seats during the cold snap. It was really nice. The front end of my car looks good as new! And they even detailed my car which was a very nice and welcomed surprise! Well done guys!
