No idea how but my order got lost. And the owner and staff were awesome and friendly and helped get it fixed right away.

I ordered a Red Velvet Berry Bouquet and Box Bundle for a valentines day surprise. Not impressed with the quality of the fruit. My wife found 2 molded and rotten strawberries in the bunch, and most of the rest were just overripe and kind of mushy. Definitely was not enjoyable.

EDIT: The owner reached out to me very promptly and offered to make it right. Very good customer service and a business that stands behind their product.

Definitely a busy place, but I guess that is to be expected on holidays. Thank you for helping me with my last minute order and delivery. You can't go wrong with a little (or lot of) chocolate.
