The pharmacists are always nice and are very knowledgeable- they always make sure I know about the medication if I bring them a new prescription. When I call in to refill a prescription, they have it ready very very quickly. One time I called in, got there in 10 minutes, and they already had it ready for me!!! The longest I've ever had to wait is like 5 minutes, and that's during their peak hours. I got my prescriptions at Safeway before this, and even if I called in, a few times I had to wait 20 minutes to get my prescription after waiting in a long lineup at the till because I assumed it would be ready. I also like supporting local small businesses. Excellent customer service and speed, I fully recommend them!
