Have excellent service there or at any of the branches have dealt with them for the last 15 yrs.
I enjoy the service but one of the ladies who works customer service seemed really annoyed with us. Which is why I only give this place 4 stars. It got to the point where we thought she was going to kick us out. We weren't trying to be annoying, but banking in general can be quite annoying. We weren't happy about it either. We were keeping it together though.
My experience is not always like this. First, there was a long line with only two tellers available as the third & fourth were busy with a many-needs customer. Second, the teller I dealt with took far too long to complete my simple needs, deposit, withdraw, done. Third, I didn’t want a receipt but he gave me one anyway, then proceeded to go through the receipt item by item. I can read a bank receipt, this isn’t my first transaction so please don’t insult me. He must be new.. otherwise I feel I would have had a smoother experience. I will note that the fourth teller made herself available after Mr. Many-needs was finally finished. Banks..
