  Overall good place to live. Friendly staff, quiet building, pet friendly, and spacious. My only complaints really are that my parking spot is really far away from my suite and there’s no in suite laundry. Would like to see the apartment building cleaned more than once a week. But other than that - no issues. I would recommend.

  Wonderful staff and the apartments are huge! I love the warm feeling of community here. There's such a variety of ages, from seniors to young families. It's so nice to walk through the pool area after supper and see the moms & dads swimming with their kids. Anytime I've had to request maintenance they respond right away. Super helpful and respectful. I can't say enough good about this place. I'm so glad I decided to move here!

  Since day one of trying to get in to the suite we’re in the staff have been amazing! They are very accommodating and friendly! One thing we noticed was they knew all the residents we ran into in the hallway and they talked with them which was so nice to see. All of the people here are so friendly as well and make conversation in the pool area! Our place is beautiful and the space we have is amazing. It is super dog friendly and the neighbourhood is so quiet ???? would definitely recommend to anyone, we’ve loved our first couple months here!

  My dad lives were, we love it and so do our cats, employees are sweet and the place is quiet

  The space is a good size for the price and tenants are typically respectful and even offered to help us move in. Staff is amazing and matainence comes right away. Only big issue is people smoking inside, leaving the hallways smelling like cigarettes and sometimes coming up through the vents.
