  I booked an appointment time through the app and it was amazingly fast. Between the time that it takes to get it (phenomenal!) to the amazing nurses that work there, you will not be disappointed. I am a horrible patient when getting blood drawn, and the woman there was fabulous!

  I booked and appointment on their website and I was in and out right away despite the fact that the waiting room was full of people. I don't know why more people don't take advantage of the appointment booking option.
  
  The phlebotomist was friendly and skilled and made sure I was not going to keep bleeding before letting me go.
  
  On the whole it was a great visit and I would definitely recommend this place.

  I have the most mortifying terrifying fear of hospital needles. Actually what I would consider akin to torture or a living nightmare for me. Leah helped me with getting my blood taken for the first time. The experience(Actually getting it done) itself isn't what I could call pleasant, I was still horrified, but that's not her fault at all. That is entirely a mental thing for me. Leah as a person is a breath of fresh air, though. She did everything she could possibly do to be kind, compassionate, and wonderful to me despite everything. I managed to get it done, and I couldn't be more thankful for the way I was treated. It made it so much easier to handle than it could have been for me. I could not have found a better person to help me with this. It was also done very quickly, only took a few minutes. I was allowed to lay for a few minutes until I felt comfortable enough to walk.
  
  The facility is clean, the staff are so nice, Leah is single handedly one of the most kind people working in a medical profession I have ever met in my life and she deserves the utmost praise.

  Leah was one of the most kind and understanding people that I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with in any capacity. The facility was clean, well organized, and was staffed by very helpful and friendly people.

  I had the most amazing experience at LifeLabs in Confederation Mall. I haven’t had blood work done in 5 years because of a bad experience. The nurse I had today was incredible, she put me at ease and was so fast, it was really great. All in all, I was there for 10 minutes and I was a walk in! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
