  Jeff Luc was my product advisor, he was recommended by one of my co-workers, and I can say that his service was incredible, his passion ,knowledge and experience about Lexus shows. He was able to answer all the questions that I had, never felt pressured and when I decided to buy the vehicle, he was clear and concise through the process. I highly recommend Jeff.

  One of the best experiences was dealing with Jeff Luc at Ens Lexus. Not only did he take his time explaining the options and features of my is350 f sport, but he brought me into the shop and introduced myself to the rest of the staff. Days that my car needed service Jeff made sure that I had a ride, if not one of the shuttles but leaving me a loaner or even personally coming to my house and picking me up. His non pressure sales tactics were one of the many reasons why I bought this car he was willing to take the time even when not at work to help myself out if needed if I had any questions. 10/10 without a question of a doubt for Jeff and the Lexus team. I’m not too sure how they got a 1 star but I’m sure this individual clicked 1 star by accident because I don’t see how anyone could give a 1 star rating to a dealership as top notch as Lexus!

  First off, I am nothing much thrilled with my experience here, and was taken great care of! With no pressure to purchase, Jeff walked me through each option, and style with me explaining everything so I knew when I purchased what I was getting 100% of what I wanted. 10/10 would recommend Ens auto group!

  This was the best vehicle buying experience of my life, and I am 64. There was no buyer regret the next day. All staff we met were incredibly friendly, helpful and patient.

  Our product advisor is Cory. He knew what we wanted in a vehicle and notified us when he thought we might be interested in one that became available. Cory is attentive, pleasant, courteous, patient and not pushy.
  Michael, also, is pleasant and courteous. He is helpful and accommodating.
  
  Overall, our experience with Ens Lexus has been positive.
