I have been an addict for almost 10 years and these people are simply amazing. A lot of people not like to think about places Like this or choose to think they don’t exist. A lot of people think down on places like this and programs like methadone. The fact is is dosnt help everyone but everyone in need deserves that chance to get helped. I was scared to death to walk in and ask for help but I couldn’t go on living my life like that. I have now been clean for 8 years. So if you are looking for safe place to help you fight your addiction. You have found it, but know you are the one that has to put in the hard work. It can be done. Take care.
Going to the counsellors here have helped me with my separation and dealing with life issues.
Helpful information on a range of topics, though if you don't have the extension or number of the specific person you need to reach it's a real pain navigating through operators to reach someone, and if they don't answer, do it all over again to try and reach someone else. I think finding people, groups, activities, and classes could be better organized so as to not have to play telephone to get around.
