(March 23, 2019, 11:40 pm)We were in the store this afternoon around 3pm with our new dog, who was very nervous as we had just picked her up a half hour prior. She was in need of a bath and Sheldon was super. He was so friendly, and gave our dog the space she needed all the while trying to make our experience great. He knew we had a 6 hour trip ahead of us so he made sure we had some sample treats in case we needed them. I am very impressed with this store and its staff.
(March 16, 2019, 8:26 pm)We went back for the first time in two years. The service was great , staff were super friendly and happy. Glad to see there is a new manger there that will go above and beyond.
