Jessica is the best deep tissue massage therapist! I've been going to her for years. Her space has a relaxing atmosphere, she makes you feel comfortable and really knows how to get those knots out! I highly recommend her!

Jessica is very personable intuitive and thorough and knew exactly what I needed in order to aleve my back and leg pain.
She used both massage and acupuncture and gave me a stretching regiment after my treatment. I have used her services repeatedly and would highly recommend her as a RMT.

Highly recommended. She is very professional and listens to her client's concerns. She gives helpful stretches at the end of the massage to do at home to prevent injuries. She combines different techniques when doing the massage. When you are finished your massage, you can continue on with your daily tasks. Instead of feeling tired and exhausted. Jessica also has a great personality and you feel inspired by her positive vibes in the room.

I have been going to Jess for years and I can not recommend her highly enough! Knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about her clients. She has a great understanding of exercise for both the recreational and competitive athlete. She always provides some at-home work that I can do to help between sessions.

I've been going to Jess for a few years, but it's only been within the last year or so that I've made her treatments a part of my self care regimen. I am a 'mediocre' Crossfitter, and Jess understands what I put my body through and is able to relieve many of my aches and pains. Highly recommend her!
