(November 5, 2017, 5:52 am)I called here last fall to order concaves, spoke with a gal named Donna, she was very polite and helpful and answered all my questions. When I asked to place the order, she kindly informed me that they could not sell direct, which was fine, because she helped me locate a dealer whom I could order from. All in all it was a good experience, this gal was glad to help me, and that she did.
