(December 23, 2019, 6:35 pm)Russell was so helpful and understanding when I called him in a panic 2 days before Christmas because one of the windows on my 2003 Jetta fell in the door. He assured me he was familiar with what seemed to me like a very strange problem, saw me almost immediately and fixed my window in no time flat. It always makes me happy to support a small local business, and these guys know what they are doing. Thank you so much!

UPDATE August 2019: I went back to Russell to change the passenger side window after someone broke into my car. Once again he did a great job, was professional and friendly. Definitely recommend Russel.
