(September 15, 2018, 1:43 pm)Excellent service even after a scheduling glitch or miscommunication with my appointment time. There may be an issue with their e-mail reminder system giving out the original appointment date even if the date/time was changed on their computer...
They are working on resolving the issue.
We worked to resolve the misunderstanding diplomatically and came up with a satisfactory solution.
Very professional staff. Super nice. -
