(April 24, 2019, 7:09 pm)I hesitated rating this Spa for some time now as you mostly see comments from women patrons on here. Gentlemen, I have been going to Kalypso for my haircuts for about 6 years now. Since the new facility was built, funny how the word ''Spa'' may throw some people off. This is a true, full service spa concept AND BEYOND. The relaxing decor, a cappuccino before your haircut or a glass of wine after, this place is amazing. The spa facilities upstairs are High End and truly stunning.
As great as all that may sound, the bottom line always lies with SERVICE. To that end, Émilie (owner) and all of her staff are profoundly committed to service excellence and demonstrate it from the second you walk in to the second you leave. I can't say enough good things about this place of business....if I could rate 10 stars I would! -

(February 9, 2019, 7:48 pm)Kalypso has eliminated everything I hate about going to the salon. You can book online! They took me right on time, and my stylist focused on me. No loud blaring music. I can see this as a fun girls outing place. The price was exactly the price at the time of booking and they email you the receipt. Very enjoyable experience and a great haircut. I will be going back and telling all my friends too as well!

(September 19, 2018, 4:16 pm)I normally never go to spas but a girlfriend of mine suggested I try Kalypso for a much needed therapeutic massage! The staff was honestly super friendly and answered many of my questions (which was so refreshing). I would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for some relaxation time and I look forward to going back!!
