They even gave me an extra set of mags and summer tires since the car only came with winter tires, and at no extra cost!! Catherine served me with with full proffessionalism and courtesy! For your next used vehicle purchase, give them a try, you will be very pleased!

(January 11, 2020, 4:04 am)I was in the market for a good used 2015 Jetta TDI manual. I found the car online but a very far distance from home. After some time to think about it I decided to call and ask some questions about it. The sales manager Guillaume was who I spoke to and was great to deal with. He answered all the questions the best of his knowledge. Shortly after I called back and said I would take it. Told Guillaume I would be able to fly out from Alberta to Montreal the following morning if that works for him. He had the car in his shop rite away going through it to make it was all ready for pick up the next day. Not only that but he gave me a very good deal on a set of studded winter tires. When I arrived the following morning the car was sitting out side ready to go new tires on and looked just as good as the photos he sent me before I left. The transaction went smooth with great attitude from him and his employees. I drove the car back home 3600km with zero issues and it passed the out of province inspection with out needing anything. With my situation of being on the opposite side of the country and 2 different languages involved it couldn’t have went more smoothly. Customer service is top notch here. Thanks again
