A great place to charge your energies before or after a day at work. Anne, the owner, is the best with a great energy, an inspiring person. Namaste!

From the wonderful yoga classes to healthy meals and smoothies!(Got to love those smoothies!)And, must mention RUN CLUB! Proud to have this studio in my own home town!

(April 7, 2018, 12:07 am)The owner is really nice and she always makes sure that everything is perfect. Awesome customer care. Whether you go for snacks, yoga or coffee, it’s the perfect spot. They even have yoga for kids!
