(August 11, 2020, 1:11 am)I had a good experience with Apihex. I have bought from them several times, since Covid-19 they are understandably a bit slow to respond, especially in the beginning to schedule pickups.
Recently they switched my order, they called me to apologize and then shipped out the correct order the next day. It all arrived, and I got some bonus medium foundations they accidentally sent in the first batch. They didnt hassle me to return the items they had accidentally shipped me.
So 3/4 times it was perfect, the time it wasnt perfect they apologized and fixed it. Wish they had another store closer to my house! -

(August 28, 2019, 11:45 pm)I purchased a motorized extractor from Apihex last fall. I have used it many times without issue.
Today it wouldn't power up. I was really worried about not being able to extract this season. Worried about a long wait due to slow warranty procedures.
I inquired with Apihex regarding warranty service. They were Great to deal with.
They were willing to fix my extractor right away.
My extracting operation was down for only a few hours. They have a technician and plenty of parts on hand to solve problems in a timely manner.
The staff is motivated and super friendly.
The prices are competitive. The store is well stocked. The service is excellent.
Bonus: They are kid friendly
