(March 24, 2022, 5:47 pm)We got a new wood-burning insert installed with Ramonage Eclair PC. They made it easy to plan the project, always responding quickly to our many questions. Customer service by e-mail was great with Eugenia. On installation day, the work was done in a very professional and friendly manner. In our case, a part came with a slight defect from the manufacturer; Patrick noticed it and called them right away to obtain a brand new replacement part before I even said anything about it, showing that he takes customer service to heart. This company has a very personalized approach and they really seem to care about leaving you satisfied. I would definitely recommend checking them out.
