The owners and their staff are not only courteous, they'll make you feel like a special guest. The food is unbelievably delicious and full of creativity, yet dishes are unpretentious and packed with simple flavors - leaving the starring role to the fresh locally sourced produce. If you don't have time to sit down and eat a meal, pass by anyway and grab yourself some of the best cuts of meat you'll ever have the pleasure to prepare for yourself.

(July 28, 2019, 12:23 am)Menu is a little small but it changes monthly. The food is fantastic and not something you can find elsewhere in the area. And as much as possible they serve local foods so you can support quebec farmers and producers.
