(April 3, 2018, 5:33 pm)Really professional trainers and team. 30 minutes is the perfect training time for me specially with my schedule. I can confirm that 30 minutes is equivalent to the classic training that would require 90 minutes. Love it, highly recommend Nuage Gym.

I'm not a huge 'gym' person, but it turns out that having a trainer help me out a couple of times a week is a huge help.
These guys are great and and since I started with them I've lost almost a third of my weight, not sure it would have happened without their support.
