It's a 55 minute class with tempo music that gets you going from treadmill to water rower and finally floor exercises in alternance .
It's based on a formula that uses your heart beats changing rate while performing exercises.
Just go and try it, there is no smoothie bar
To chat, it's strictly business, in a clean modern studio....you exercise , you get dressed, you go home. No one to impress but yourself with that days results and score, My2cents
