(March 4, 2019, 11:10 pm)Several years ago I had fun with a Bugatti leather briefcase, the gold of a training meeting one of the locks had been forced and broken, lately doing some cleaning I found it in the make a wardrobe, I decided to search the net to see if it was still possible to repair it, the next day I received an email with a return authorization 4 days later I received my briefcase repaired As a new, so can say that Bugatti products are to last and that the after-sales service is a plus non negligible. I recommend them without hesitation.
