(September 15, 2017, 11:15 pm)3 because one staff member was very happy and kind while the other was, I honestly believe, the most rude and unhappy person I have ever encountered behind a counter. Unfortunately, because of that, I think we'll stick with the subway we're used to even if we have to drive further sometimes.
