Les intervenants qui y travaillent sont professionnels. Service hors pair. La salle d'attente est pratique et adaptée aux besoins des enfants et familles. Il a un vestiaire disponible. La seule chose négative les places de stationnement sont restreintes.

staff are very helpful and patient for special needs kids. Special Thanks to Mrs. Isabelle (social worker) for her Good orientation for the whole family.

⭐️⭐️Stars , not 3 like above. Staff was friendly and seemed to help in the need patients. Having said that, th " physio" part of the staff was confusing to know whi she was for she didn't look like staff or had a professional look. The " physio" lady was checking the moving ability of the patient dressed in regular clothes and had on a thick sweater with a fur colar. It didn't look right. I was shocked. She looked like she was ready to leave for the day. Weve been to physio therapy centers before, it's the first time we see a "physio staff " like this. Like most places, we expect the " physio" staff to be in "sports/ yoga wear" and running shoes. Its "not" for a fashion statement", it looks more professional and fits the job they are doing . I'm not the only one whi's noticed this situation should be " improved". We do hope this is looked at and changes are made. It's only for the better.
