Les meilleurs journées pour avoir le plus de choix c'est à partir du mercredi. Il prépare le frais à partir du lundi. Par contre il y a toujours des produits congelés ou sous vide.
Les produits essayés sont excellent.
J'ai découvert la bavette de porc que je connaissais pas, c'est excellent.

(April 23, 2021, 12:14 am)While in the region, I dared to stop at this butcher's shop. These people sell happiness in meat and cheese. I had the spicy Buffalo sausages and the millstone sausages as well as a package of homemade ham. All great products!
