I did business with them for preventive maintenance on my air conditioning and the technician was present at the scheduled time. In addition to being punctual, I was treated to courteous, professional service. I highly recommend that you do business with them.

I did business with them for the purchase and installation of a complete system, high-end, ventilation and central air-conditioning zoned for my new construction project in the summer of 2019 and everything happened without issue. Excellent service from the submission stage to after sales service. The installed system is very efficient. Thanks to Charles, the president, and all his team!

The submission finally came on the 21st, not in my inbox but in the "spam" box. The submission was very detailed and included 2 scenarios, which is interesting.

(September 26, 2018, 5:33 pm)This is an amendment to a notice that I gave a few days ago. I mentioned that I had had difficulties talking to the boss, but since then we have talked and understood the constraints of workload and we even met to find solutions to the problem of my cold room.
Mr. Charles took the necessary steps to find the best equipment at the best possible cost for me.
After accepting the estimate, he took the trouble to change the organization of his schedule and sent us an emergency team this morning to carry out the installation.
First of all, I apologize if I may have caused any harm to the Company and I would therefore like to thank Mr. Charles and his team for the excellent service.
