The technician explained the issue with my refrigerator before the repair and gave me all of the options. He was courteous and professional, something so hard to find these days. I would definitely call Acacius Appliance Repair Services again.

(December 22, 2019, 3:14 pm)Called Acacius Appliance Repair Services to assess an inoperative dryer. Technician was sent out within hours and promptly diagnosed and addressed the issue. We were VERY happy with the service and the fast response. Very quick, professional, good service and great price!

One of the problems we had was the cycle dial on the washing machine was broken. He quickly identified the problem we were having with leaking water. As I said, very efficient and I hope we see Acacius Appliance Repair Services at our next service call!
