What a wonderful team and a great experience, from the quick response to my application,to the wonderful girl who gave me my interview to the wonderful online advice ,tips and expertise I got ,so much patience always answering my million and one questions to the great girl who introduced me to my babies(Lola,Casa,Roxy and Blanche)and gave me a chance to go get my cage since mine was not arriving and the great girl who waited after closing so that I could bring them home that evening!Thankyou,thankyou,thankyou ,you are one special team and being a huge believer in rescuing thankyou for all you do for these precious animals that have no voice because they are so special and all deserve a second chance:) Fantastic experience with a Fantastic Team thankyou for making my 1st experience with all of you the very best:)

I had a great experience when I went there. The girl who was there, was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. Adopted this sweet girl, Eva.

This is a nice place. I have not been to other SPCAs here around Mtl but it was smaller than I thought or had seen on YouTube videos. The staff are really nice, very helpful and professional. The booking process went rather smoothly and we were given a time slot within a week, to go there and meet the animals. We were there to adopt a cat. There were three main spaces where cats were kept, in each about 5-6 (at that time) cats. We were given some time alone as well to play with the cats which was quite helpful. After you show interest in one cat for example, the staff will bring the file and will explain further with a little history on the animal’s health records, etc. After about 30-40 mins we chose the cat we wanted to adopt. The paper work was rather fast. You should buy food from there (Royal Canin) for the cats eat that food there, but if you want to change you are allowed to do so after you bring the animal home but by doing it gradually. You can also buy a carrier from there; but we had ours bought beforehand. One last thing, due to COVID you will not be let inside earlier than the time slot allowed; even if it’s 5 mins, so go there right on time... Sorry the info was a bit scattered. Hope it helps.
