(November 28, 2018, 6:52 pm)Edit: It was a very very very very tough summer living next to the Noca construction site. Lots of noise the wrong hours. But with the piling having ended and a higher sense of respect for construction hours, I can say the noise disturbance level has greatly declined and for the residents next to the site, a much higher level of comfort came back. I change the 1 star to 4 stars.
