(April 13, 2021, 7:32 pm)I'm very happy with the service of EME. There was actually a problem with my order. I needed a crate to ship a painting and when I brought it home and wanted to put the painting in it didn't fit. There was a miscalculation on their end. But it was all handled very professionally. They built me a new crate right the next day and even delivered it personally to my home. A very nice team that is pleasant to communicate with and that reacts promptly. All is well that ends well :)
