J'ai acheté un parfum Chanel dans une pharmacie. Rendu chez-moi, je me rends compte que je n'ai pas acheté le bon. Je retourne donc où j'ai fais mon achat avec ma facture. On refuse de me le changer car je n'ai pas gardé la boîte. Qui garde la boîte quand il est habitué d'acheter un truc?
Je communique avec Chanel directement. Wow! Quel service. On me dit s'en hésitation qu'on échangera sans problème mon parfum. On tient à garder la fidélité de nos clients.
J'envoie donc ma bouteille chez Chanel et je crois qu'elles se sont croisées dans la poste car le lendemain, j'ai reçu mon super colis. Je m'empresse d'ouvrir la boîte pour y découvrir mon parfum, un échantillon et surtout un mot écrit à la main. Impressionnant!
