(August 28, 2019, 12:29 pm)Stayed there for a whole week at Chalet l'étincelle and had the best time. Our cottage had everything we needed and more! We also got married at their Chapel on August 24th and had our ceremony in their reception hall. It was magical. Our wedding planner, Claudia Plamondon was amazing, caring, thoughtfull and attentionate. We give it a solid 5 stars!

No resto on the premise is very odd.
Staff is dependent on who you get for friendliness, knowledge, helpfulness and calmness (some were stressing out).
Discovered this via tuango deal that included 2hr skidoo, skates, snow shoeing. You can't do any of these activities at night due light. We ended up doing onky skidoo but checked the rest of the village out to see how the other activities were, we didn't feel we missed out at all.
Staff was disorganized, lost and chaotic. When we got there, there was about 4-5 staff members behind the counters, diff ones asking diff things from us, running around, and we were only like 2 small groups at reception. They didn't give us a proper intro or how things would work and what to do next or where each activity was... I had to ask whoever I coild get a hold of. The guy that greeted us to get snow suited up and explain the skidoo was great though! Super nice, relax, fun, helpful. But the rest of the reception was a mess and not the best way to start the experience. A little more organization and explanation of how things are going to work would be helpful so we have all the logistics cleared and out of the way to enjoy the day.
Having a restaurant on site would make sense. They didn't even have a cafe we could warm up and grab some coffee or anything which I find to be odd.
The equipment all excellent and the skidoo. Though my friend said her helmet smelled.
All in all would recommend. -

(January 24, 2019, 2:49 am)The owners are lovely. Barbara is always smiling and does everything in her power to make your stay perfect. Her daughter took us to the mountain and helped so much during our stay. We went there 3 times (once a year) with UPC youth group for a retreat. Amazing experience.

(October 11, 2018, 5:57 pm)Beautiful Chalets not too far from Montreal (~3 hours). They offer several activities throughout the year and you have the choice of which chalet to book. They also offer ready-to-cook meals that are delicious. All of the chalets include outside whirlpool. A great experience overall.
