First time there for dinner on Canada Day weekend - food was awesome (absolutely yummy Potato Soup). The folks we brought with us were blown away by the converted barn in which is now the dinning room.
So, there was a couple at a nearby table that were frustrated with the long wait for their food - if you have never dined in Quebec, or France for that matter, you need to get that there is a different pace to the dining experience - if you are not up for a dining experience that will last an hour, or two, you should just head back to Tim Horton's or McDonalds. -

(March 6, 2019, 1:20 am)I've been to the Bistro three times and received excellent service each time that I have visited. Both my wife and I enjoyed the dishes we ordered very much. They were able to accommodate my vegetarian food restrictions very well.

we go as a family often and the service is always friendly fast and with a smile. Food is amazing, highly recommend their truly unique deep fried dill pickles with cheddar cheese omg the best ive ever tried!! we always get them as an appetizer. You cant get better food and apart from the previous comments our portions are always the same very nice size portions. We have never had a bad experience there. we highly recommend this restaurant with its one of a kind atmosphere great service and tasty food. Best in town hands down.
