(February 10, 2023, 4:30 pm)This was my first experience with energy healing and Shelby provided a great safe container to lean into the process of energy work. I felt completely relaxed and comfortable during the session, while we drank delicious tea and discussed my intentions. After my session, I felt more confident in the work I needed to put into my self-healing journey and she was able to answer any questions and provide guidance on what steps I could take to unblock any energy that does not honor my greater self. I'm looking forward to working with Shelby again :)
