(January 18, 2024, 9:53 pm)Honestly, I loved it, this Sunday, they officially opened and had a large mega sale of sorts where everything was 10-60% off. I didn't like how I needed to go to the back of the store, I had to ring a doorbell about 5 times over 4 minutes to get someone to open the service door at the back. The guy seemed high or very tired. He checked our order and just handed us 2 parts separately, not protected by a box, just a thin plastic sheet.
Aside from the actual pickup process for furniture. The manager, I think his name was Robert, did a really nice job directing us if we needed help.
