(July 13, 2021, 12:42 pm)I got one driver named Frank about 3x and he was friendly, honest and knowledgeable about the city. One time the dispatch forgot about me altogether. When I called them after 20 minutes dispatch got upset at me because the operator forgot to dispatch a car.

Love that now when you order a taxi they send you a text and you can then see the GPS location of the taxi! Overall the best taxi service in Montréal.
