(August 10, 2021, 3:49 am)Small restaurant that has been in existence for 2-3 months in the Anjou market hall. Well unknown. I couldn't taste the dumplings because I was in a real rush (8-10 min wait for cooking). So I grabbed the Hot and Sour soup on the go. To my surprise, the soup was hot and sour. It was pure delight and an explosion of flavor! The main ingredients were all there. This soup showed me the chef's know-how and the authenticity of the cuisine. I will go back there next time for this famous soup, as well as to taste the dumplings!
A restaurant that deserves a chance and visits. -
