The lady on the phone was so kind, empathetic, really wanted to help me with the registration, gave me several resources because I am a caregiver, had a calm voice, generous with her time and her answers! I'm starting the group next week and I can't wait!

Thanks to all the animators :) I didn't think I could tolerate my anxiety. It's difficult, but thanks to your testimonies you have helped me a lot. Your stuff helps me and the young people I work with.
