Since the new management is in place many things have been settled. My team and I are working as best we can.
Good price with utilities included, but don't expect any service above basic functions. Whenever we had a sink or bath clogged the service was rather quick and efficient however we asked for a new screen and balcony door, because both were defective, for about 3 years and they never got changed. Also the walls are thin so if you're on a floor with neighbors who have young kids, or the people above or below you have kids, good luck.
