I contacted them to have me build a tower, first thing I noticed was how much they want to educate their clients. I called other places and they didn't ask half of the questions or explain anything, a number, an invoice, arrange it.
At least here they take the time to explain things and justify all the expenses by checking with you almost every step of the way.
