(November 25, 2022, 11:17 pm)Tiffany has been my online personal trainer for the last year. She has an endless list of exercises, and is good about switching up my exercise routines regularly. She's also good about adjusting exercises when they're not comfortable, and will give physiotherapy advice for ongoing aches and pains. The routines she gives me are the right level of difficulty -- she isn't a drill sergeant, but I'm always tired at the end of each session, and I've seen steady strength gains in most areas. Recommended.
