Inspection of a house for a future purchase made with professionalism and good advice. Deadlines respected despite the holiday season and a quick appointment. Very well detailed written report and interesting owner's manual for first time buyers. Quite expensive supplement for vermiculite analysis but no other negative comments. In short, I recommend Amerispec!

Stephane is human and has a lot of interpersonal skills. He is attentive to detail and explains very well what he observes during his inspection. In addition, the report is complete, well edited and delivered quickly. I highly recommend.
