(August 19, 2018, 11:51 pm)The one staff (more than just him working) member was very helpful and seemed to be run off his feet. The store was packed with people the day we went. There was an issue with the watch my wife purchased but they made arrangements to ensure that she was happy with the watch. Worth visiting. They did make sure we were happy with her purchase. Only reason why I gave 4 stars was the inconvenience. 5 stars for Customer Service.
