(March 20, 2021, 1:41 am)I called today interested in knowing what the all in cost would be for the Juno model. I know that construction costs have gone up considerably but I was told that the house was going to cost $300,000 but the all-in cost would end up close to $900,000! At 2096 sq feet that would be $429/sq ft! Don't bother calling if you don't have deep pockets.
