SOUMISSION EXPLIQUE TRES BIEN et LE MEILLEUR SPEECH DE VENTE (SANS PRESSION BIEN SUR) DE MES 6 SOUMISSIONNAIRES POUR LES TOITURES..... Par contre je trouve annormal que le prix soit si haut... une différence de 4000$ avec ma plus haute soumission... je ne comprend pas... -
