The personnel here are trained and really knowledgeable with regards to the products they sell -unlike most other stores in Montreal and Laval. The lady who helped us with our baby carrier was able to set up and adjust the demo model really quickly, give us pointers, and generally removed the guess work from the purchase. The only other place where I've encountered this level of service is PinkiBlue.
I cannot recommend this place more. -

We had some initial hiccups with processing our order, but after seeing our negative review we received a phone call that evening. We are still waiting for our item, but they are working hard to make sure everything goes smoothly! -

It is a far distance for me but this is by far the best baby store in and around Montreal! Highly recommended
